Parking instructions
Free parking is available on Gay Street near Tank Street. Please park on the 39 Tank Street side of Gay Street for the closest access to No.39A. Do not park on the No.39A rear laneway of Tank Street.
Entry gate/location details
Access to No.39A is through the rear laneway off Tank Street, where you will find the private entrance gate.

To help keep the house clean and comfortable for all guests, we kindly ask that shoes be removed before entering the house.
A shoe cabinet and indoor slippers are available at the property for your convenience.
If you would like to take the slippers home after your stay, please feel free to do so π

No smoking in the property.
Parties/events - requires approval from No.39.
Quiet hours (only applies to the outdoor area - after 10:30 pm)
Maximum guest number (No.39A = 4 people, No.39 = 6 people)
Visitor policy: If you would like to invite guests other than those who are staying at the property for a short visit, please feel free to do so. However, for an overnight stay, you will require approval from No. 39.
Pet policy: Pets are not allowed for No.39 and No.39A.
Fire pit rules: Refer to the βUse of Fire Pitβ section for information.
Respect for neighbours: Please note that No.39 and No.39A are located in a quiet residential area. We kindly ask all guests to respect our neighbours by keeping noise to a minimum, especially during the evening and early morning hours. Please avoid loud music, parties, or excessive outdoor noise, and be mindful when arriving or leaving the property. Thank you for helping us maintain a peaceful environment for everyone.

Smoke Alarms & Fire Safety:
Smoke alarms are installed throughout the house for guest safety.
The fire extinguisher and the fire blanket are located in the green wardrobe in the study area.
Fire pit safety instructions: Please use the fire pit safely and never leave it unattended. Ensure the fire is completely extinguished after use. Do not use during total fire ban periods. Children must be supervised at all times.
Security Camera Disclosure:
An exterior security camera is attached to the main residence and monitors the outdoor area of No.39 and No.39A for safety purposes only. There are no cameras inside the accommodation.

Please use only the firewood provided outside.
Fire gloves, fire starters, and a lighter are provided in a kitchen drawer.

Never leave the fire unattended and ensure it is fully extinguished after use.

Place used towels in the bathtub
Put all rubbish in the bins provided
Place all used dishes in the dishwasher and start the cycle
Turn off lights, heaters, and appliances
Lock the house and return the key to where you found it, then lock it securely

Bin locations: Collection bins are located in the outdoor area. Please use the appropriate bin for your rubbish and help us keep the property clean and tidy.
Collection days: Bin collection takes place every Wednesday morning. If you are staying on a Tuesday night, our cleaner may need to take the bins out for collection. They may knock on the door to check if you are home and will let you know before entering the property to access the bins.

Free street parking is available on the No.39 side of Gay Street. Please do not park in the lane area of No.39A. Guests staying at No.39 may also park at the front of the house if the space is available.

To use the Weber, first turn on the gas following the direction indicated on the gas knob.
Press the ignition button on the left while turning the burner knob on the right to start the flame.
Once lit, close the lid and allow the BBQ to heat to your desired temperature before cooking.
After use, please clean the grill using the cleaning tools provided. Thank you for helping us keep the BBQ ready for the next guests.
